3-a. 24-0351 2845 S State / 777 E Eisenhower (Arbor South) Project representatives for a large-scale proposed development in the TC1 District will present project details for the Planning Commission's early feedback and consideration. The mixed-use project will involve existing and new buildings and is anticipated to include hotel space, multi-family housing, retail and parking.

Agendas and packets are also sent to subscribers of the City's email notification service, GovDelivery.
