E - 5. 22-1290 ZBA 22-2017; 1301 Morningside Drive Dave & Pamela Gee, A Child's Place LLC, property owner, is requesting an eight parking space variance from Section 5.16.2.B.1.b of the Unified Development Code which requires one off-street parking space for each caregiver at a Child Care Center. If granted, the site would provide two City Code compliant parking spaces where ten would be typically required. The property is zoned R1C Single-Family Residential and the owner is proposing a new child care center.
