F-1 21-1757 DR21-001; 212 Miller Ave The petitioner proposes to construct a 4 to 5 story, 8 unit residential building with units that vary in size from approximately 950 square feet to 2,300 square feet. The base level is proposed to include parking garages for each unit. The next three floors will include residential units. The top level includes penthouse space for the top two residential units. The existing brick home on the property is proposed to be removed. Vehicular and pedestrian access to building is proposed to be from Miller Road. The site is zoned D2 (Downtown Interface) and is in the Kerrytown character overlay district.
