The increased traffic, destroying the trees, as well as the density of the proposal, are reasons for my opposition. This project keeps coming back without great solutions for the community. I am often in this area and can see the tree line from my kitchen. I also realize that people want to get the most from their property but this has to be married with how our city functions and looks while we protect the environment.

I oppose the zoning amendment No. ORD-19-30 Weber Zoning for the Centennial Farm property at 2857 PackardRd.,
to be considered at a public hearing on Oct. 7, 2019. The proposed development of this almost 8 acre
parcel will destroy too many old trees, create too many units with too many people and too many cars, adding to
the already increasing congestion on Packard Rd in SE Ann Arbor. Too much over-development is destroying the city. Thanks
