CA-19 19-1487 Resolution to Authorize a Professional Services Agreement with Orchard, Hiltz & McCliment, Inc. (OHM) for the Lower Town Area Mobility Study (RFP No. 18-21) ($579,478.00)
The Lowertown area continues to grow, with both private and University of Michigan developments occurring. This development will necessitate traffic and mobility studies in order to project what will be needed in the future to maintain flow of traffic, and also to provide for the safety of pedestrians, bicyclists, and motorists. I am asking my Ward 1 representatives to vote for this study.
