This item must be postponed to allow at least three problems to be fixed: First, there's a dangerous crosswalk equipped with pedestrian-activated warning signs that's in a location where approaching drivers can't see it. This must be moved. Second, a paragraph in the development agreement protecting the neighborhood from construction traffic (P-17 in the September, 2017 agreement) has been deleted from the new development agreement. This must be restored. Finally, in a letter to the city, the developer agreed to include language in tenant leases imposing fines for parking in adjacent neighborhoods. This is absent from the consent judgment and current development agreement. These last two were already agreed upon. I don't know who discarded them or why, but it was wrong to do so, especially without even consulting the neighborhood. They must be put back.

Please postpone the Trinitas resolution, to allow adequate time for community notice and review.

As a resident affected by this agreement, five days is not enough to look over what the lawyers agreed to (it was made available to us June 26). I tried looking at Cottages Consent Judgment.pdf. The 80+ pages are all scanned images ... you can't even search for text strings inside it. You have to scour the entire document to get a sense of what it says. If we don't have the technology to help us understand the document, at least give us the time to do so. Please postpone this item.
