The idea that $375K/year is a reasonable budget for this project is absurd. Does this spending really reflect community values? This program can really only be considered viable moving forward if we:
1) reduce the cost
2) improve the efficiency
3) give voice to those who are morally opposed to killing wildlife & the use of firearms in city parks
4) reduce the time parks are closed
