    Please vote NO on this resolution. The Comprehensive Land Use Plan isn't meant to be prescriptive and rigid zoning regulations, and constraining heights and unit density is entirely inappropriate here. We elected you (by huge margins) to make bold changes, and we've sat on our hands for years with very little progress because we were told we needed to wait for the Comp Plan to make big changes. That time is now. Stop tucking your tails and do what's right.
