DC-3 25-0480 Resolution to Order Election and to Determine Ballot Question for Charter Amendment to Authorize the Sale of 319 South Fifth Avenue to the Ann Arbor District Library (7 Votes Required)
Ann Arbor both has a housing shortage and a downtown library branch in need of updates. The idea of addressing both, with a new library adapted to our community's changing needs, and directly above the library and directly across from the transit center, is brilliant. I can't begin to express how excited I am by this whole plan. Thank you to everyone who has worked on it so far!
