Chosen merely as an example, isn't it required that minutes of public bodies be filed in a timely manner? It's March 2018, we should not be getting minutes from 2017 any more. Somebody needs to step up and turn these over faster, or we need to limit any decisions made by council on matters suggested by or involving these boards & commissions until all minutes are up-to-date. How can one govern in a fair and educated manner if one doesn't even know what is happening around them?
