Rate manipulation is tiresome and not in the best interest of current city residents, in many cases long-standing business owners are being priced out of their ability to pay for reserved spots in the structures for their employees, managers, etc- these spots are then leased instead to rich kids to park their sports cars, when they are not wrapping them around a tree on Huron River Drive.
