As this land is currently functioning as a park, I am concerned about the annexation and rezoning to PL. As we are seeing with the Fuller Park Train Station debacle, Public Lands are subject to all sorts of uses that would not be considered public (leasing for a private parking lot for example) nor park-like (construction of a Park & Ride lot, or a 1200 car parking structure)
