E-3 22-0148 ZBA21-044; 918 Mary Street Mostafa Mehrabi, property owner, is seeking a variance from Table 5.17-3 Multiple-Family Residential Zoning District Dimensions in order to construct a three-story single-family residence. The applicants are requesting to reduce the required front setback from 25 feet to five feet and the required rear yard setback from 30 feet to five feet. The non-conforming lot is 1,219 square feet in area and is zoned R4C, Multiple-Family Residential District. A garage currently exists on the property that will be demolished.
