What is the point of having a Master Plan & zoning ordinances if we continue to issue variances for every project that comes along? This property does not support the size of proposed development; furthermore it is in Allen Creek floodplain where city should be honoring our storm water planning commitments & restricting development. As usual from this architect, it's a hideous structure completely out of character w/adjacent Old West Side neighborhood, & it adds only unaffordable housing units.
