Hello, I would like to support the suggestion made by Jon Keller to add the 4 parcel stretch of properties on S. Main St for the new zoning. As a business owner in Ann Arbor I feel these properties are part of the commercial business downtown community and support events held downtown by sponsoring or participating as vendors. For ex. Rolling Sculputure, Ann Arbor Art Fair.

There is a 4 parcel stretch of properties on S Main St that we would like included in this new zoning- 2385, 2405, 2435, 2455, S Main St. We are three offices zoned O and a vacant lot zoned Res (fully surrounded by non-Res) that will be on a 'zoning island' if not included. We are surrounded by nothing but apartment buildings, commercial buildings, and U-M property. We are on a main transit st- Main St- and directly in front of a bus stop. We think it would make sense to include this roughly 1.6 acre stretch since it meets every possible criteria proposed for this new zoning district. Thanks so much!
