    The planning analysis state "The issue of a new street connection between Scio-Church and Main Street needs to be resolved, prior to any new
    development approvals to allow for right-of-way if needed." I could not agree more. Moreover, the piecemeal analysis of traffic flow in the Scio-Church - Main Street - Ann Arbor-Saline Road needs to be addressed as well. There's a new development at 2250 Ann Arbor -Saline, the proposed Valhalla development and the properties on Scio-Church being or to be annexed by the city. This is a congested area that is also affected by new development outside Ann Arbor on Ann Arbor-Saline Road south of I-94. Shouldn't the planning commission consider a holistic analysis of how the anticipated developments will affect traffic flow in this region?
