Unfortunately, I cannot find details of DC-2. According to an MLive article, DC-2 would not include (as the Washtenaw County actions do) an exemption for K-12 schools.
Does DC-2 have this exception? Schools and school administrators need to know ASAP and I strongly encourage you to include this exception.
