The lack of transparency and lack of tenant input is a concern. The price is shamefully low: $4million for a property in this location and with the amenities it has. There will be 5FTEs, the building operates with 7 FTEs: Will there be fewer services be provided? The staff knows the tenants very well, where will they go? The board is supposed to have tenant participation: where is that written down? The tenants rely on the meals. many can't order them over the phone, many don't have smart phones either. What will happen with that? The agreement is vague and open to leave tenants without the meals that were part of their original contracts. What are the renovations? Will the common spaces be protected as expected when he building was erected? What will protect the residents from tax-hungry city officials in need of higher paying tenants? I oppose because the purchase price is very low, tenants did not take part of the process, and they are being affected directly by the changes.
